About Stirchley

If you’re passing through the A441 (or Pershore Road in particular), then why not stop by Stirchley – an affluent region in Birmingham that you’ll undoubtedly appreciate for its vast range of things to see and do. The River Rea runs through this region and there are dozens of property developments currently underway – many of which can currently be purchased at very affordable prices if you are looking to relocate.

What types of features does this area include?

If you like history there’s plenty. If you love the cinema there’s a lot on. If you enjoy shopping, then you won’t be able to put your purse (or wallet) down. In fact there are so many things to see and do here that we couldn’t possibly hope to list them all. What we will tell you however, is that there’s a dedicated retail centre on your way into the region, as well as numerous eateries dotted about the location.

Travelling is easy, with more buses running the length and breadth of the region than you could shake a stick at. The famous Stirchley Library also calls the region its home and it holds the records of dozens of documents pertaining to the ancient habitation of the Romans, Anglo-Saxons and Normans in the area.

Are there any salons to enjoy?

What affluent region in Birmingham would be complete without at least a handful of salons? Not many that we can think of, but Stirchley has gone even further than this by offering over two dozen unique salons that are hoping to enjoy your custom. We haven’t listed them all, but we have featured a selection of some of the best in the region, so why not take a look for yourself?

You’ll find beauty salons for those wanting to enjoy a world-class therapy treatment, as well as hair clinics for those of you that fancy having a new style (or having your current one maintained). There are even a couple of laser clinics in the region and cosmetic surgeries as well, making this area as versatile as it is affordable.
